QA Lead - Mid-Level

Key Responsibilities
Lead QA Activities : Oversee testing across multiple software development projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Test Strategy & Planning : Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on business and technical requirements.
Automation Ownership : Design and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Defect Management : Track bugs, prioritize fixes, and coordinate with development teams.
Quality Metrics : Establish KPIs for test coverage, defect density, and test cycle efficiency.
Documentation : Maintain transparent documentation for test cases, test results, and QA processes.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of Sdlc/stlc and Agile methodologies




Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience in API testing using Postman or REST-assured
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
