Job Title: Senior Tech Lead Mechanical Engineering (Semiconductor Domain)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineering Senior Tech Lead with

a solid background in Sheet Metal Design, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Value

Engineering, and Team Management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of

semiconductor equipment components.
Drive Sheet Metal Design projects from concept through production, ensuring

manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Apply DFMA/ DFX principles to optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and

quality.
Implement Value Engineering and Value Addition techniques to enhance product

performance and reduce costs.
Review and enforce Drawing standards, GD&T;, and documentation best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, thermal, and systems engineering teams.
Customer Interface, requirement gathering,



status update till delivery.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet business goals.
Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and root cause analysis for design issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
3 to 10 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the semiconductor domain,

Ion Implanter experience.
Thorough knowledge in Manufacturing processes, heat treatment, Materials
Proven expertise in Sheet Metal Design, DFX, and Value Engineering.
Robust understanding of Mechanical drawing standards, GD&T;, PLM & CAD tools (Creo

Windchill)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
