Responsibilities
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute creative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations
Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies.
Serving as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
Collaborating with the HR,



the hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Facilitating the completion of current hire paperwork, including employment contracts, perks enrolment, and other necessary documentation.
Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.

Required skills and qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding process
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
