About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Training Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs to employees and ensuring effective learning and development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and onboarding training for current employees.
Identify training needs based on business and employee requirements.
Develop and deliver training sessions, presentations, and learning materials.
Conduct process, product, SOP, and soft-skills training as required.
Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely completion of programs.
Track and maintain training attendance and completion records.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis.
Work closely with HR, Operations, and business teams to understand training requirements.




Conduct refresher and upskilling programs for existing employees.
Prepare regular training reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Ensure employees understand and follow company policies, processes, and SOPs.

Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Retail/FMCG Operations.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of training methodologies and employee engagement.
Ability to conduct classroom and on-the-job training.
Positive proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple training programs and work with cross-functional teams.
Candidates with experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Operations will be preferred.
