We are hiring a Senior Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end accounts and financial operations across retail stores. The role involves sales reconciliation, ledger management, stock audits, MIS reporting, petty cash control, and ensuring financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor sales vs collections and reconcile store-wise ledgers.
Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and store expenses.
Conduct stock audits and ensure financial compliance.
Prepare MIS reports on sales, collections, and inventory variance.
Coordinate with stores on POS, ERP, billing systems, and financial controls.

Desired Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in Retail Accounts & Finance.
Solid knowledge of ledger reconciliation, audits, and MIS.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and team management skills.
