Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to the team on various tools and software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to tools and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation of tooling and processes.
Conduct training sessions for recent team members on existing tools and software.
Analyze and report on tool performance metrics to optimize system efficiency.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services and support, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
Experience with Solarwinds and other monitoring tools is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech/B.E/Technical Graduates are preferred.
