We are looking for a skilled Sr Engineer / Lead Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience to lead our digitization efforts in the automotive industry, focusing on paint and coating processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in advanced analytics, AI, and automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement digital solutions to enhance paint and coating processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data pipelines.
Design and deploy automation solutions using CAD tools such as Autocad and Catia.
Apply computer vision techniques to analyze and improve coating processes.
Work with Azure and APIs to integrate data from various sources into a unified platform.
Implement cost reduction strategies through process optimization and automation.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of advanced analytics, AI, and automation solutions.
Experience with CAD tools such as Autocad and Catia.
Familiarity with data science concepts and computer vision techniques.
