We are looking for a results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to plan, execute, and manage center-level and regional marketing initiatives. The role focuses on driving lead generation, improving conversion rates, and executing effective ATL and BTL marketing activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute center-level and regional marketing strategies
Manage and monitor ATL and BTL marketing activities to improve brand visibility and footfall
Develop and implement lead generation and conversion strategies across online and offline channels
Coordinate with sales teams to optimize lead follow-ups and improve conversion ratios
Analyze marketing performance and sales data to improve campaign effectiveness
Manage vendor relationships, promotions, events, and local outreach programs
Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives
Track budgets, ROI,

Key Requirements
Proven experience in marketing and sales management
Robust understanding of ATL / BTL marketing activities
Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
Solid analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple centers or regions effectively
