Executive-Operations-HR-CBS - TAL - Enablement - Mumbai

Responsibilities
Manage PF compliance activities and ensure timely statutory filings in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Analyse PF operational trends and prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and governance reviews to identify process gaps and improvement prospects. Drive closure of high-priority employee escalations related to PF, EPS and pension within defined SLAs. Conduct periodic audits and data validations to ensure accuracy of PF records, contributions, UAN details, and KYC information. Support implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for PF operations. Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, and vendor teams to ensure accurate PF deductions,



remittances, and statutory compliance. Maintain governance trackers and provide periodic updates to management on ageing cases, compliance risks, and operational performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce
Master of Commerce
Post Graduate Diploma in Management
PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience
HR Operations (4+ years)
