Job description

Experienced Java & AWS Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications while providing technical direction to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of Java/Spring Boot and AWS solutions.
Design microservices, REST APIs, event-driven and cloud-native architectures.
Drive use of AWS services including EKS/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch.
Provide technical leadership, conduct code/design reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
Drive CI/CD, DevOps, security, performance, scalability, and reliability best practices.
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support technical solutioning, estimation, POCs, and application modernization initiatives.

Required Skills




8+ years of software engineering experience with solid hands-on coding experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and AWS.
Hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, S3, and RDS.
Robust understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and API Design Patterns.
Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Log Insights, and log analytics for distributed tracing and troubleshooting.
Valuable understanding and implementation experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization.
Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and messaging.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud-native development.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.

Manager - Level

Bangalore or Chennai. Bangalore is Preferred.
