Responsibilities

Work Experience
A minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in handling procurement and supply chain for medium-large organizations/departments, of which at least 1 years should be working with govt./non-govt. systems
Demonstrated experience in EMMS or DVDMS
Experience of leading or managing at least one large-scale procurement/supply chain project, preferably in the health or related sector, will be preferred

Education
Required Qualification: Master s degree or equivalent in Management, Pharma, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health or a related field is required
Preferred Qualification: Certificate in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (e.g., from Coursera, or a recognized institution)

Key Competencies

Behavioural
Senior government office liaisoning and stakeholder engagement at state level
Ability to work independently on complex projects and proactively manage projects with minimal supervision
Ability to lead,



guide and mentor team members; solid negotiation skills in a multicultural workplace

Functional
Excellent reporting and analysis abilities; proficient in written and oral communication, including presentation skills and the ability to write analytical reports
Proficiency in commonly used software packages such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong working knowledge of EMMS or DVDMS

Domain
Strong understanding of drugs and a valuable level of knowledge of public procurement and supply chain
Deep understanding of public health supply chain issues in India and the role of various stakeholders
Familiarity with National and State public health systems and functions
