Technical Expertise
Deep hands-on and architectural expertise in Cisco enterprise networking , including:
Cisco ACI (design, multi-pod / multi-site preferred)
Core routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
Cisco FTD / firewalls
SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela / Meraki SD-WAN)
Solid experience with multi-data-center environments .
Solid understanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance.
Aruba networking experience (campus / wireless) - preferred. Architecture & Assurance
Proven experience delivering architecture assessments and readiness reviews.
Ability to produce executive-ready documentation and presentations .
Experience validating designs against performance-critical applications (Epic or similar healthcare systems strongly preferred). Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.




Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Robust leadership, decision-making, and governance mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Exp Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
CCNP Enterprise, CCNA Automation (preferred)
Experience in conducting datacentre network tests
Prior experience leading or scaling offshore network teams
