The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in PSU/Government sales, an established network of senior stakeholders, and experience in driving large-value IT infrastructure and technology solution deals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the PSU sales strategy and go-to-market plan for Syndrome NewEdge.
Drive revenue growth across Central PSUs, State PSUs, Government Departments and Government Enterprises.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Heads and senior government officials.
Identify large opportunities and develop strategic account plans for key PSU customers.
Own the complete sales cycle from chance identification and qualification to negotiation and closure.
Drive participation in RFPs, RFQs, tenders and large government technology projects.
Develop and maintain a healthy PSU sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.




Leverage platforms such as GeM, CPPP and other government e-procurement portals to identify business opportunities.
Build strategic relationships with OEMs, technology partners and system integrators.
Work closely with Presales and Solution teams to develop technically and commercially solid proposals.
• Lead commercial negotiations and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming government technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage a high-performing PSU sales team.
• Represent Syndrome NewEdge in customer meetings, industry events and strategic business forums.
• Ensure long-term customer relationships, repeat business and account growth.
