Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Location: Bangalore HSR Layout
Experience: 1–2+ Years
Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities
Manage HNI / existing customer relationships for liabilities.
Deepen relationships by sourcing family accounts.
Cross-sell CASA, banking products, and other financial products.
Promote Net Banking / Mobile Banking and digital channels.
Handle customer queries and escalations.
Coordinate with field sales teams for better conversions.
Achieve assigned sales and relationship deepening targets.

Candidate Profile
Graduate with 2+ years or Post Graduate with 1+ year experience.
BFSI experience in Tele-Sales / Relationship Management / Liabilities / CASA preferred.
HNI client management experience preferred.
AMFI / IRDA certification preferred.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Fluent in English + at least one South Indian language.
