Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Site Engineer (Site Monitoring) to support our project team in overseeing daily site activities. The role is designed for fresh graduates or final-year students who wish to gain hands-on experience in infrastructure projects and develop technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and supervising day-to-day site operations.
Support the Site Engineer in ensuring work is carried out as per design, drawings, and project specifications.
Track project progress and report daily site activities to the senior team.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project staff for smooth workflow.




Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Maintain documentation related to site work, progress reports, and material tracking.
Assist in resolving technical issues and communicating them to relevant teams.
Provide support in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure timely reporting of delays, risks, or non-compliance issues.
