Responsibilities
Academic (Social Science Teacher): Teach Social Science subjects across core disciplines, including History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and Civics.
Mentor, guide, and inspire students to build strong pre-foundation concepts.
Prepare engaging lesson plans and manage the evaluation process through online or offline modes.
Residential (Girls Hostel Warden): Manage day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities of the Girls Hostel.
Ensure a safe, secure, disciplined, and supportive living workplace for female residential students.
Serve as the primary point of contact for student welfare, medical emergencies, and student behavioral needs within the hostel.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of teaching or relevant hostel management experience.
Subject Knowledge: Strong command over the foundational Social Science curriculum (History, Geography, Civics, Economics).
Skills: Excellent communication, robust leadership, conflict resolution, and classroom/hostel management skills.
