Lead requirements gathering and solution design for global shipping products and applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, product owners, and development teams.
Analyze and document business processes, user stories, and use cases.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with development teams.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements.
Participate in the full product lifecycle: concept, development, deployment, and support.
Apply Agile and Product methodologies to drive delivery.
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on progress and challenges.
