Role & responsibilities
Responsible for managing the business operations of Havells Haridwar (Water Purifier & SDA - JMG) and Eureka Forbes Dehradun & Bangalore for Noida and Rishikesh units.
Handling all activities related to the responsibilities of the Marketing Department, including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling operations for the assigned customers.
Managing day-to-day coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer sales plans.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by handling customer calls, emails, and queries on a daily basis.
Monitoring and ensuring timely payment collection from customers.
Developing, organizing, and executing sales plans for the assigned customers.
Identifying and developing current profitable business opportunities in moulding and tooling from both existing and recent customers.
