Designation: Deputy Manager PMO

Role Purpose

Support the PMO in planning, tracking and governing strategic projects and improvement initiatives across the organization. Ensure timely execution, effective stakeholder coordination, accurate reporting and achievement of project milestones and perks.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track multiple projects / initiatives across functions and plants.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers and dashboards.
Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, cost and key deliverables.
Conduct periodic project reviews with stakeholders and track action-item closure.
Prepare MIS, management dashboards, project status reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
Identify project risks, issues, dependencies and bottlenecks and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Engineering and other functions for project execution.
