Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end Consumer Durable lending journeys from onboarding to loan origination, servicing and collections.
Drive digital journey design, process re-engineering and STP to improve TAT and customer experience.
Work with Business, Product & Technology teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
Manage product backlog, Agile/Scrum, BRDs, user stories, UAT and releases.
Drive integrations with LOS, LMS, CRM, APIs, fintech and partner ecosystems.
Track KPIs such as conversion, drop-offs, TAT and digital penetration.
Manage stakeholders across Business, Risk, Operations, Technology and external partners.
