The prospect: Associate - Investigations & Compliance - Bangalore

Responsibilities

Technical Excellence
The candidates should have robust banking industry experience, including concurrent audits and policy and procedure reviews across both regulatory and non-regulatory domains. Good understanding of end-to-end process workflows.
Experience with audit documentation standards and testing methodologies.
Documentation related to design effectiveness, sampling strategies, testing plans, control testing attributes, and assessing the operating effectiveness of selected samples in line with methodologies followed by global banks.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce
Master of Commerce
Master of Business Administration

Experience
Data Analysis (2+ years)
Quality Assurance & Testing (3+ years)
