About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Associate Client Engagement to join our team in Okhla.

This is a non-target-driven role, designed to help candidates develop strong skills in client communication, business understanding, market research and relationship management.

The role involves working with nurtured and existing leads, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and maintaining meaningful communication with them. While the leads are provided, the candidate should be comfortable picking up the phone, initiating conversations and speaking confidently with business owners and prospective clients.

This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to build a career in business consulting, client engagement and business development, rather than starting directly in a high-pressure sales workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the senior consulting/business team.




Support senior team members during client discussions, meetings and business presentations.
Follow up with prospects, understand their requirements and maintain regular professional communication.
Maintain and regularly update the lead and client database, including conversations, follow-ups, requirements and meeting status.
Conduct basic market and company research to understand prospective clients and identify relevant business opportunities.
Assist in preparing client information, presentations, proposals and business reports.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's services, the UAE business workplace and consulting solutions.
Build skilled relationships with prospects and contribute to a positive overall client experience.
Work closely with senior team members to understand the complete client engagement and business development process.
