Role & responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and regulatory timelines.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components, especially those requiring validated suppliers.
Plan manpower and machine utilization to meet production targets while maintaining compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Monitoring & Control
Track production progress against schedules and adjust plans to meet delivery commitments.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
Ensure adherence to ISO 13485 and FDA QSR requirements during production planning.
Maintain accurate records of production data for audits and regulatory inspections.

Coordination




Liaise with quality assurance and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with medical device standards.
Collaborate with logistics for timely dispatch of finished goods, ensuring proper documentation for traceability.
Work closely with maintenance and EHS teams to minimize downtime and ensure secure operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: - Bachelors degree in engineering, Production Management, or related field.

Skills:
Robust knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and CE marking requirements.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with focus on compliance.
Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
