Role & responsibilities
Identify and acquire suitable locations for telecom tower deployment as per business requirements.
Conduct site surveys and coordinate feasibility assessments with RF, Project, and Operations teams.
Negotiate commercial terms, rentals, and lease conditions with landlords/property owners.
Execute lease agreements and ensure timely completion of all acquisition-related documentation.
Liaise with local authorities, municipal bodies, and government agencies for obtaining necessary approvals.
Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage landlord relationships and address issues related to rentals, renewals, and site access.
Monitor acquisition progress and ensure site handover within prescribed timelines.
Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and documentation related to acquired sites.
Support network rollout activities through timely acquisition and closure of dependencies.





Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
1 to 5 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Telecom Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Network Rollout.
Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in landlord engagement and lease agreement execution.
Knowledge of telecom site acquisition processes and statutory approvals.
Familiarity with RoW (Right of Way), municipal permissions, and local regulations.
Valuable understanding of property documentation and legal compliance requirements.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
Robust communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-oriented environment.
