Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with internal team to present ZIGRAMs products to current prospects and existing customers to ensure strategic new business development.
Gather customer requirements, develop and deliver product demonstrations, and work with sales team to develop pricing recommendations.
Identify and report technical issues that go beyond the specification of our product and assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Contribute to sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
Assist with functional and technical elements of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Identify product enhancement requirements and convey these requirements to products team.
Providing sales with technical and logistical support as necessary.
Work with products and sales teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction and collaborate with the product manager and other teams as necessary.
Represent the sales team at field events such as tradeshows & industry events.




Log all sales activities on CRM, develop and present supporting reports as needed.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors or masters degree
At least 5+ years experience
Excel at developing relationships over the phone
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapid-changing entrepreneurial workplace
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow and product function
Robust sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but must also be able to contribute to team initiatives
Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Experience using sales automation products and web collaboration tools
Industry experience and/or interest in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: SaaS, RegTech, Fin Tech etc.
