Digital G-FORCE is looking for a hands-on and enthusiastic Technical & Operations Associate to join our team in Hyderabad.

The role involves working across the technical and operational side of our sim racing business. You will be responsible for assembling and configuring racing simulator rigs, installing wheelbases, pedals, steering wheels, displays, PCs and other hardware, as well as tuning, testing and troubleshooting completed setups.

*Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and configure sim racing rigs and cockpits
Install and set up sim racing hardware, PCs, displays and accessories
Perform mechanical assembly, adjustments and basic fabrication work when required
Configure, tune and test simulator hardware and software
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical, hardware and connectivity issues
Test completed systems before customer delivery or installation
Assist with in office installations and events when required
Help with inventory, packing, receiving shipments and general day-to-day operations
Assist with product testing and development
Take basic photos and videos of products, builds and events for social media




Learn current products, hardware and technologies as they are introduced
Be willing to take on different responsibilities as the needs of the business evolve

*What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who is technically curious, enjoys hands-on work and has a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of computers, electronics, mechanical assembly or working with tools is preferred.

An interest in gaming, sim racing, motorsport, cars or motorcycles is a strong plus.

Prior professional experience in sim racing is not required. Freshers with strong hands-on skills and an interest in gaming or motorsport are encouraged to apply.
