Opening for the Position : Financial Consultant

Location : Patna

Qualification : CA or MBA in Finance (Manadatory)

Work Experience Mandatory- Candidates having at least 5+ years of relevant experience in financial management, budgeting, procurement, project finance, audit, or financial consulting.

Desired Skill sets :

Solid knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and fund management.

Ability to analyze financial statements and utilization reports. Experience in cash flow management and financial performance monitoring.

Knowledge of project finance and grant management. Experience in preparing bid documents, procurement plans, and comparative evaluations.

Knowledge of contract administration and invoice verification procedures.

Robust understanding of financial compliance, internal controls, and audit Roles and Responsibilities requirements.

Provide financial planning, budgeting, and fund utilization support for VEGFED and PVCS.

Assist in preparation and evaluation of tenders, procurement plans,



and vendor selection processes.

Support access to government schemes, subsidies, grants, and institutional financing Conduct financial literacy and compliance training for PVCS stakeholders.

Develop financial monitoring systems and utilization reports.

Assist in contract management, invoice verification, and financial documentation.

Ensure compliance with procurement norms, audit requirements, and financial governance standards.

Language Expertise : Must be expert in written and spoken English and Hindi Languages.

Computer Skills : Incumbent must be computer savvy with advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Robust expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, fund utilization tracking, and financial reporting using Excel is essential.
