Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability remediations to protect organizational assets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions.

Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues, providing timely resolutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.

Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and technical skills.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in VMware Administration, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.

Robust knowledge of Windows Server Administration and Active Directory management.

Expertise in Infrastructure Management principles and practices.





Experience with security pathing and vulnerability remediation techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and hybrid cloud settings.

Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.

Experience with monitoring and performance tuning tools.

Certifications in VMware (VCP, VCAP) and Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
