HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT - SALARY 24K-30 k WITH FIXED WEEK OFFS ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

Who is Eligible:

1) Only experienced 6 months & above in customer support

2) Should have excellent communication skills

3) Need to be adaptable to work in complete work from office

4) Looking for immediate joiners only

5) Should be versatile to work in complete rotational night shifts and rotational weekends.

Salary : ( Not negotiable)

6 months to 1yr 24k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop

1yr & above 26k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop





2yr &above; 30 k take home per months +3000 performance bonus +Free transport pick up and drop

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
