Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage relationships with our UK clients, handle regular follow ups, understand client requirements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with UK clients through phone, email and WhatsApp.
Follow up with existing and prospective clients regularly.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information.
Maintain robust and skilled relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow ups.
Schedule appointments and follow up on pending cases.
Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when required.




Achieve assigned follow-up and performance targets.

Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Ability to communicate effectively with UK clients.
Good follow up and relationship management skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
Previous experience in customer service, telesales, relationship management or UK client handling will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

9am to 1.00pm on Saturdays.
