About the Role:

Oblytech is seeking Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultants to support a global ServiceNow implementation project focusing on Order Management (OMT). This is a role that requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow OMT, with knowledge of Service Now tool stack, integrations, and automation workflows being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow Order Management for Technology Providers (OMT) solutions.
Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, notifications, and other platform components.
Perform upgrades, enhancement assessments, and regression testing for ServiceNow OMT implementations.
Identify prospects for automation and optimization of field service operations.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in offshore teams.
Hands-on experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), UI customization,



and ServiceNow administration.
Understanding of ServiceNow data models, security architecture, and platform governance.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow applications for better performance.

Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS)
