Preparation of optimised and value engineered selections in CCSI software
Follow up on quotations.
Preparation of order documents and sharing with sales coordinators along with the final approved documents
Preparation of project file and handing over the file to Sales Coordinator.
Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule
select proper DX & CHW units and prepare a zoho quote based on price list & cost sheet.
Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval.
Meeting consultants, contractors for the technical meetings
Handling other territories as per management requirements.
Heat load Calculations & Design in case of schedule not provided by the customer.
Graduation or Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
Relevant exp. as an Application Engineer or similar roles
Understanding of HVAC Systems, Heat Load Calculations, HVAC Design using AutoCAD or similar software
Experience in Sales support - creating quotations and understanding of commercials




Understanding of creating Technical submittals based on project specifications
Positive communications skills - written & verbal
Heat load Calculations & Design in case of schedule not provided by the customer.
