Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, including accountants and analysts.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and bankers.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Robust knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including accounting standards and tax laws.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders.
Professional certification such as CA or MBA is preferred.
