Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Swiggy SNO Recruiter to handle recruitment activities for Swiggy. The primary focus of this role will be Field Recruitment and Field Sourcing. The candidate should be comfortable travelling within assigned locations and conducting field activities to source suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned Swiggy hiring requirements.
Conduct field recruitment and field sourcing activities to generate candidate leads.
Visit assigned locations and identify suitable candidates through field sourcing.
Plan and execute recruitment activities based on manpower requirements.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including field activities, references, job portals, databases, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per the job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews and ensure maximum candidate attendance.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.




Ensure timely documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Regularly follow up with selected candidates to reduce offer dropouts and joining dropouts.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for requirements, feedback, and closures.
Ensure positions are closed within the defined TAT.
Share regular updates on sourcing, interviews, selections, and joinings.
Required Profile
Experience: 1 to 2 years in Recruitment or Staffing.
Experience in Field Recruitment or Volume Hiring is preferred.
Candidate must be comfortable travelling within Bangalore for field recruitment activities.
Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in volume hiring.
Strong field sourcing and candidate networking skills.
Ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Positive understanding of the recruitment process.
