About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with data, identifying risks, improving operational efficiency through automation, and delivering high-quality outcomes. This role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and committed to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse large volumes of data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
Design, build, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
Develop automated workflows and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor business and operational risk metrics, investigate exceptions, and recommend corrective actions.
Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analyses and reports.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce operational risks.
Meet individual and team KPIs while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Required Skills:
Solid proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, subqueries, query optimisation, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
Self-driven with a robust sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred / Added Advantage:
Knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation.
Exposure to Machine Learning concepts or predictive analytics.
Understanding of risk management, fraud analytics, compliance, or operational risk.
