Job Summary

Responsible for the production planning processes (MPS and detailed scheduling) within their defined Value Stream. Ensure Production is scheduled correctly to achieve on time shipments (right time, right part, right quantity), optimised FG Inventory & Manufacturing Cost. Conduct production planning and Scheduling activity and ensure productive planning and optimised ressource utilisation (equipment, ressources, etc.). Ensure ERP is updated with the agreed plans an parameters are up to date for assemblies and FG. Manager FG inventory.

Responsibilities
Production Planning Contribute data and information to production plans. Run reports, check accuracy, and distribute information.
Continuous Improvement Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and support in generating current ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
Data Collection and Analysis Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
Stakeholder Engagement Support stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, and events.




Personal Capability Building Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
Health, Safety, and Setting Follow the organizations health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks and to safeguard the setting and the well-being of self and others.
Inventory Control Carry out a range of inventory-control management activities using existing procedures.
Solutions Analysis Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.

Required Skills and Education
BE with having a 7 to 8 years of experience as a detailed production scheduling and production planning
