We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support business hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of positions and recruitment targets.
Support employer branding and talent pipeline-building initiatives.

Educational Qualification:
B.Sc.
B.Tech




BBA
MBA
MBA/PG qualification in HR or related specialization will be preferred.

Required Skills:
Robust understanding of End-to-End Talent Acquisition.
Excellent sourcing and screening expertise.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in recruitment reporting and analytics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and ATS platforms.
Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Corporate or consulting recruitment experience preferred.
Solid analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Growth-oriented mindset with solid ownership.

Contract Duration: 11 Months
