Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for contract staffing requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Handle contract staffing / contractual hiring and ensure quick turnaround on requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain solid candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

What Were Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience in Contract Staffing / Contract Hiring.
Positive understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill requirements.
Experience handling multiple requirements with tight timelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
