Objective

Seeking an experienced legal skilled to manage end-to-end legal support for the Construction Finance portfolio, including documentation, due diligence, stressed asset transactions, and participation in IBC processes.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, vet, and negotiate loan & security documents: Facility Agreements, Escrow Agreements, Mortgage Deeds, Hypothecation, Pledge, Security Trustee Agreements, etc.
Review title due diligence reports and provide independent legal risk assessment.
Handle documentation for stressed asset resolution, including assignment agreements and trust deeds.
Participate in Committee of Creditors (CoC) and evaluate Resolution Plans under IBC.
Attend Joint Lenders’ Meetings (JLMs) and provide legal input.
Support regulatory investigations (EOW, ED,



MCA, etc.) and ensure compliance.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Qualification: LLB / LLM
Experience: 10 + years in NBFC/ Banking /Law Firms (Construction or Real Estate Finance preferred)
