Proven leadership capability in building high-performing project teams and driving execution discipline and accountability.
Strong understanding of project governance, MIS, progress monitoring and escalation management.

Lead end-to-end project execution from planning and pre-construction through completion and handover.
Manage multiple projects including high-rise apartments, villas and plotted developments.
Drive project planning, scheduling, execution, cost control and resource management.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, safety and statutory compliance.
Lead and manage large teams of project professionals, contractors, consultants and vendors.
Identify project risks, execution bottlenecks and delays and implement timely corrective actions.
Establish strong project governance, MIS, progress monitoring and escalation mechanisms.
Review contractor and consultant performance and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Build high-performing project teams and drive a culture of ownership, accountability and execution discipline.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost and quality parameters.
