SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expert who has done 4 - 8 years full life cycle implementation and Support activities. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.

Role & responsibilities
Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.
Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts
Provide impact assessment with Quarterly Releases
Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of qualified organizations or affiliations

Preferred candidate profile

SuccessFactors Employee Central module having 4 - 8 years EC implementation experience & Certification.
Associate/Professional Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central




Good knowledge in configuration of EC with Time and Position Management etc.
Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.
Positive business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF
Must possess strong analytical skills.
Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global workplace.

-Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors
