Role Summary

Responsible for leading the inventory function at the LMAAAMXL site, ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth site operations, client satisfaction, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end inventory operations at the site.
Ensure high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
Manage client requirements and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Lead a team of Executives and off-role Associates within the inventory function.
Plan manpower, allocate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and client processes.
Monitor inventory movements, discrepancies, ageing, damages, and process deviations.
Prepare and review daily/weekly operational and inventory MIS.
Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Identify process gaps and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and operational standards.

Required Skills Experience
58 years of experience in site operations and inventory management .
Proven experience managing inventory teams, including Executives and Associates.
Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage client requirements and resolve operational issues.
Robust knowledge of inventory processes, audits, reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
Valuable analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems preferred.
Graduate degree; Supply Chain / Logistics qualification preferred.
