Role & responsibilities
Generate current business through customer acquisition and referrals.
Meet prospective customers and understand their financial protection and insurance needs.
Explain suitable Life insurance products and perks to customers.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and insurance advisors.
Support recruitment, activation, and development of insurance agents/advisors.
Assist advisors in lead generation, sales presentations, and business conversion.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes and regulatory guidelines.
Participate in branch sales activities, customer meetings, campaigns, and local market development.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and business performance.
