Develop and refine MYP Subject Group Overviews (SGOs), unit plans and lesson plans aligned with IB philosophy and MYP requirements.
Design and facilitate engaging, concept-driven, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the MYP framework.
Plan and assess learning using MYP objectives/criteria and provide constructive feedback.
Develop students'' subject specific and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills.
Support students with varying proficiency levels through differentiation.
Promote lifelong fitness, well-being, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review curriculum, support interdisciplinary learning, participate in assessment moderation, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the MYP programme.
Organize and support sports events and co-curricular activities.
Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
