AAFT University of Media & Arts is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and student-focused Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable residential workplace for students.

Position: Hostel Warden

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the safety, security, discipline, and overall well-being of hostel residents.

- Monitor daily hostel activities, routines, attendance, and leave records.

- Address students’ concerns and provide appropriate support.

- Maintain records related to attendance, visitors, leave, and incidents.

- Ensure adherence to hostel rules, university policies, and safety protocols.

- Coordinate with the Administration, Security, and other relevant departments.

- Respond to emergencies and promptly escalate serious incidents to the appropriate authorities.





- Conduct regular hostel inspections and coordinate for cleanliness and maintenance.

- Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive residential environment.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

- Prior experience in hostel administration, student welfare, residential schools/colleges, or a similar role will be preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good student management and problem-solving abilities.

- Responsible, disciplined, patient, and approachable.

- Comfortable working in a residential/hostel environment.

- Willing to work from the AAFT University campus in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
