We are seeking a Communication Manager to join our Ahmedabad office. This role requires leading the Communications and Graphics Group, which shapes how HCPs work is presented and perceived - internally and externally. Strong writing ability, creative sensibility, and the managerial clarity to run a rapid-moving, output-driven team are essential to the role. A genuine interest in and understanding of architecture, urban design and planning are equally significant to maintain the integrity of the practices voice across all channels.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and anchor media packages for projects across the practice.
Manage resource deployment within the group, analysing work intensity and assigning priorities accordingly.
Establish and refine SOPs to streamline group functioning in alignment with the broader practice.
Conduct periodic reviews of ongoing work and develop strategies to improve turnaround time and output quality.
Enforce timely completion of tasks and proactively identify and navigate risks.
Strengthen the visibility of the group - both within the organisation and through external channels.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with other groups across the practice.
Develop onboarding and training modules for new hires in coordination with HR.
Manage key press relationships and media outreach.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Architecture or Urban Design (required)
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred)
5+ years in architecture or related field
