Role:-

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead and manage multiple Audit & Advisory engagements. The role will have end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, client management, team leadership and engagement quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple client engagements from planning to completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Heads and senior management.
Lead teams and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assignments.
Review financial statements, audit reports, working papers and advisory deliverables.
Manage statutory audit, internal audit, risk advisory and financial reporting assignments.
Handle Ind AS / IFRS / Indian GAAP and complex accounting and reporting matters.
Identify risks, control gaps and process improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations.
Manage project timelines, resources,



budgets, billing and collections.
Resolve client issues and manage escalations.
Mentor and develop team members.
Support Partners in business development, proposals and client pitches.
Ensure overall client satisfaction and quality of engagement delivery.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant.
5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience in a CA firm, audit/advisory or consulting environment.
Solid client management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and teams.
Solid technical knowledge of audit, accounting and financial reporting.
Commercial mindset with solid ownership and problem-solving ability.
