Designation: Assistant Manager OEE
Department: Operations Excellence / Manufacturing Excellence

Role Purpose

Drive OEE improvement across manufacturing operations by identifying productivity losses, improving equipment utilization, reducing downtime, optimizing cycle times, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and improve OEE, Availability, Performance and Quality across production lines.
Analyze downtime, speed loss, quality loss, changeover and minor stoppages to identify improvement prospects.
Lead loss-tree analysis, RCA, Pareto analysis and CAPA for recurring production losses.
Drive cycle-time reduction, bottleneck removal, debottlenecking and capacity release initiatives.
Implement Lean Manufacturing / TPM / Kaizen / Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity.
Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, IE and Engineering teams to deliver OEE improvement projects.
Establish and monitor OEE dashboards, KPIs and daily management systems.
Standardize best practices across machines/lines and support replication of improvement initiatives across plants.
