Role & responsibilities -

We are looking for a energetic and motivated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing and communication skills, experience working with multiple job portals, and the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates across various roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, experience, and candidate expectations.
Create and post job descriptions across relevant job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, communication, and overall role suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
Manage offer negotiation,



candidate documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Track recruitment activities and share regular hiring reports and updates with the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
13 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to screen and assess candidates effectively.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Good negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment trackers is preferred.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
