Customer Support Executive Inbound Voice Process

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an Inbound Voice Process. This is a Work From Office (WFO) prospect where candidates will handle customer queries through inbound calls and provide quick, professional, and effective resolutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound calls.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Assist customers with order-related queries, delivery concerns, refunds, replacements, and other service-related issues.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
Accurately update customer information and call-related details in the system.
Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and productivity targets.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Undergraduate / Graduate – Any Stream.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a Work From Office (WFO) workplace.




Willing to work in rotational shifts as per eligibility.
Comfortable with 6 days working and 1 rotational week off.
Willing to complete the on-the-job training and certification process.

Salary & Benefits
Apprentice Salary: 14,200 per month
CTC Range: 17,680 – 18,800

Shift & Working Details
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: 1 rotational week off
Working Hours: 9 hours including 1-hour break
Productive Hours: 8 hours

Shift Timings
Female Candidates: Rotational 9-hour shifts within the 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM window.
Male Candidates: 247 rotational shifts.
